Terminal Out 1 Zurich Airport


Zurich Airport has a single passenger terminal where operates all flights.

The facilities comprise two separate areas for Arrivals (Arrivals 1 and Arrivals 2) and three check-in areas before passing security control. 

Once on airside, passengers will find gates A, B, C and D. 

The building is also connected to the Airside center - an extensive area with food, drinks and plenty of retail options - where passengers can move freely.

Levels

Zurich Airport is split into the following levels: 

Level - 1 

In this level passengers will find the Airside center, an extensive area with retail outlets, food and drink options. It also links with the railway station at the Airport and has the Check-in 3 area. We recommend you to get informed by your airline which Check-in area you should go to. 

Level 0

At Level 0 passengers will find the Circle in front of the Airport building, just crossing the street. An open space linked to parking with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Also, there is a convention center, coworking and hotels available there. 

In front of the terminal facility there is access to the tramway station. Inside the terminal building find the Airside center with more retails options. It processes Arrivals 1 and 2, which are separated. Passengers when they arrive can access to all transportation options to move around: taxi, bus, transfers...

Level 1

In this level there are the Check-in areas 1 and 2 and access through security check. Find in Airside lots of retail areas and access to gates (A62-86) at the right, and B gates(11 to 43) to the left. In order to access to D gates it is needed to go through passport control. D gates are located downstairs after passport control (D21-D58).  Skymetro is located at Level 1 and links the main building of the Airport with Satellite E, where gates E16 to E59 are located. 

Level 2

Find here some amenities and services, including a playground. 

Terminal In 4 Zurich Airport

Level 1

It is connected to the Skymetro, an automated people mover. Access to boarding gates E16/E18 and E17/E19. Also, E62, E64 & E67. 

Level 2

This is where boarding gates E22 - E59 are located. There are concessions and shops too, including a couple of transfer desks. 

Level 3

Level 3 houses some airline lounges.

Lounges

Aspire Lounge. Located in the Airside center. Daily, from 05:30 am to 09:00 pm. Services offered: Buffet, two hours of free Wi-Fi, Copy Center when passengers can copy, scan and print. 

SWISS First Lounge.
Terminal A. Open from 5:30am to 10:00pm. Services: premium food, spirits liquors, snacks, drinks, showers, Wi-Fi, and more. 

SWISS Arrival Lounge. Open daily from 06:00 a.m to 01:00 p.m. Located at Arrivals and Check-in area

SWISS Business Lounge. Located in the Airside Center. From 05:45 am to 10:30 pm. Services: Lot of space, workplaces, internet access, among others. 

SWISS Senator Lounge. Located at the Airside Center. From 05:45 am to 10:30 pm. It consists of a couple of floors. Services offered: Snacks and buffet, showers, among others.  

SWISS Alpine Lounge: Gates A. Services: premium food, snacks, Wi-Fi, non smoking, among others. 

Marhaba Lounge: Airside Center. Services: snacks, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, drinks, among others. 

Aspire Lounge. Gates E. From 06:00 am to 10:30 pm. Services offered: A copy center to copy and scan documents, a buffet, among others. 

Emirates Lounge: Open 4 hours before departure. Gates E. Services offered: Food, TV, business services, showers. 

SWISS First Lounge. Gates E. Open from 5:30am to 10:00pm. Services: premium food, spirits liquors, snacks, drinks, showers, Wi-Fi, and more. 

Primeclass Lounge. Gates E. Daily from 06:30 am to 10:00 pm. Services offered: Snacks, self-service offered, internet, TV, newspapers and magazines, private rooms, showers. For more information:
